Katie LeGrand is an Advisor, specializing in multifamily properties on Chicago’s north side. She is a knowledgeable and effective member of the team, bringing a meticulous attention to detail to every deal. She consistently delivers outstanding results for her clients with her persistence, trustworthiness and intelligent approach. 

Katie was drawn to Kiser Group by the opportunity to be mentored by some of the most established professionals in the industry. As a residential broker for five years, she was recognized as a top 5% producer, which laid a solid foundation for her transition into multifamily real estate. Katie’s ability to understand clients’ needs in residential real estate has proven invaluable in understanding market rents and leasing dynamics in her current role. 

In only her first year at Kiser Group, she contributed to over $100M in transactions. In Q1 2023, she was recognized as a “CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Winner” and became a board member of Women Housing & Income Providers (WHIP).

Katie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She cherishes being a mother and balancing her professional accomplishments with her personal commitments, including expanding her real estate portfolio.
