Jacob Price


Jacob Price is a persistent, dedicated, and passionate Advisor at Kiser Group. He specializes in multifamily building sales in Andersonville, Edgewater, and Uptown,  property owners with keen insights on market trends, effective building operations, property valuations, and marketing recommendations. Jacob’s decision to join Kiser Group was influenced by the firm’s commitment to balancing hard work and play, along with Kiser Group’s clear path to success.

Jacob held positions in multifamily property management and sales strategy consulting for a global insurance company. He has combined these experiences with a lifelong interest in real estate investing to evolve his problem-solving skills and client advisory capabilities. Since joining Kiser Group, Jacob has closed over $70 million in sales, earning him recognition in industry publications and an individual “CoStar Power Broker” award in Q12023.

Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana – Gies College of Business. He also studied consumer behavior at the London School of Economics, and international business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.  Additionally, he is actively involved in the multifamily community as a board member and secretary of the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA) and also helps manage finances and operations at his family’s shoe store in Andersonville.
