    The Marketing Associate plays a critical role in that mission—working directly with brokers to win new business, bring deals to market, and elevate the firm’s brand presence.

    Role Overview

    The Marketing Associate supports brokers and the broader brand through content creation, design, and day-to-day marketing execution. The Marketing Associate is a highly visible, cross-functional role that partners closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials that directly impact deal flow and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Broker Support
    •  Partner with brokers to support new business pursuits and active listings
    •  Assist in preparing proposals, offering memorandums, and client-facing materials
    •  Manage timelines and deliverables for deal-related marketing campaigns
    •  Provide post-closing marketing support and materials
    •   Serve as a day-to-day marketing partner to brokerage teams
    Brand & Platform Support
    •  Support ongoing brand development and positioning initiatives
    •  Maintain and update the company website and marketing platforms
    Content Creation & Marketing Materials
    •  Develop and produce marketing materials across print and digital channels
    •  Write and edit content including email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, and social media
    •  Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice
    Graphic Design
    •  Create high-quality marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools)
    •  Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all materials
    Market Research & Analytics
    •  Conduct research on market trends, comparable transactions, and industry activity
    •  Track and analyze marketing performance, including email campaigns and digital engagement

    Required Qualifications

    •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
    •  Ability to write clearly and edit effectively across multiple formats
    •  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
    •  Experience with client-facing communication (internship or professional)
    •  Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking
    •  Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
    •  Strong organizational and project management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    •  Exposure to real estate or financial services
    •  Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
    •  Familiarity with CMS and email marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp)
    •  Portfolio showcasing marketing, writing, or design work

    Experience

    •  1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
    •  Internship or professional experience is strongly preferred

    The Role: Associate – Based in Chicago, Supporting Our Business Plan

    As a Kiser Group Associate, you’ll work out of our Chicago office directly under a top-producing broker focused on expanding our presence in Chicago. This 1–2 year program is designed to provide foundational training in commercial real estate brokerage through hands-on experience in underwriting, market analysis, and deal execution.

    Resources and Mentorship

    At Kiser Group, you will have access to a structured training program and unparalleled exposure to the world of multifamily investment sales. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and access to state-of-the-art tools, including:

    • Comprehensive Onboarding Program: Access our proprietary 10-part onboarding and tracking system to support team goals and execute a successful marketing/PR strategy.
    • Direct Mentorship:Work with a dedicated top broker at Kiser Group and learn best practices, market-specific knowledge, exposure to client meetings, and other advanced skills.
    • Advanced CRM and Training Tools:Utilize our Salesforce-based BLAST (Broker Launch and Support Technology), featuring advanced mapping, pipeline tracking, call lists, and more.
    • Marketing and Research Support: Build marketing packages, use proprietary underwriting templates, and access research tools like CoStar and RedIQ.
    • Business Support: Work directly under tenured brokers, a dedicated Sales Manager, fellow associates, and support teams across operations, compliance, technology, and marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • IL Real Estate Broker License (prior to employment start date)
    • Strong Work Ethic: This role demands dedication and resilience.
    • Interest or Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in commercial real estate or sales.
    • Essential Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Track Record of Success: Evidence of achievements in academics, sports, leadership, or past internship and career roles.

    Compensation

    Associates receive a base salary and bonus. Successful Associates may be offered the opportunity to transition into a full-time broker role, where they can earn commissions based on transactions.
