Cody Smith is an Advisor at Kiser Group, where he works alongside Partner Robert Dulin to support multifamily investment sales. He focuses on property underwriting, market research, client communication, and transaction coordination to help clients strategically grow and manage their portfolios.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Cody gained experience through assisting with leasing for property owners in the Twin Cities, along with advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions of their assets building a strong foundation in financial analysis, deal execution, and relationship management.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys watching sports, spending time with loved ones, and is a former collegiate football player.
