Andrew Gergen is an Advisor at Kiser Group, where he supports multifamily investment sales throughout Minnesota. Andrew assists with property underwriting, market research, client outreach, and deal execution, helping owners and investors make informed decisions and achieve their investment goals.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Andrew gained hands-on real estate experience at Blackbridge Property Management, where he supported the management, leasing, maintenance, and renovation of approximately 100 rental units. This experience gave him a strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial analysis, and client relationship management.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University, majoring in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He is a Minnesota native and enjoys golfing, watching sports, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
