Viktor Radzieta

Viktor Radzieta is an Advisor at Kiser Group, specializing in multifamily investment properties on Chicago’s North Side, with a focus on Lakeview and Lincoln Park. As a real estate owner, Viktor brings an investor’s perspective and a value-add mindset to every transaction, whether advising a client in buying, selling, or repositioning a multifamily asset.

Before Kiser Group, Viktor built a business as a real estate owner and operator. analyzing, acquiring, and managing multifamily properties. He also worked as a project manager in the construction and manufacturing industries, where he managed budgets, coordinated teams, and ensured the timely completion of complex projects.

Viktor currently resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and enjoys strength training, traveling, and cooking various cuisines.
