Stash Geleszinski, CCIM, is a Senior Director at Kiser Group, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus. He advises owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategies to maximize property value. Combining extensive brokerage experience with firsthand knowledge of ownership and development, Stash helps clients evaluate opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and make decisions grounded in both market conditions and the realities of operating real estate.
Stash brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience and more than $2 billion in career multifamily transaction volume. Before joining Kiser Group, he served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and Capstone, building and leading a Cincinnati-based investment sales team. His experience also includes acquiring, renovating, and repositioning multifamily and mixed-use properties, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges his clients face. He is also a co-founder of nëdl Ai, a technology company focused on predictive analytics for commercial real estate.
Stash is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Originally from New Hampshire, he now calls Cincinnati home. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, running, and gardening. He also hosts The Stash Cast, where he explores commercial real estate, entrepreneurship, and personal growth through conversations with industry leaders.
