Ryan Nolan is an Associate at Kiser Group supporting the Birk-Sklar team with day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include valuing properties, analyzing market data, mediating buyer and seller expectations, and developing client relationships.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Ryan gained valuable experience in market research, client presentation, and financial modeling.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing sports, fishing, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
