Jake Parker

Jake Parker is a Senior Director at Kiser Group specializing in multifamily sales and condominium deconversions throughout Chicagoland. Jake combines his analytical acumen and valuation skills with his strong entrepreneurial drive to spearhead some of the most challenging transactions, delivering successful results to clients. Jake has closed approximately $500M in multifamily transaction volume at Kiser Group with multiple notable 100+ unit deals.

Before joining Kiser Group, Jake worked at a national hospitality real estate group, where he focused on asset valuation, research, and client relationships.

Jake enjoys Chicago’s great restaurants with his wife and friends, is an avid supporter of Michigan State football and basketball, and finds relaxation in biking along the lakefront.
