Jack Petrando

Jack Petrando is a Kiser Group Director, brokering multifamily transactions between sellers and buyers and providing them with comprehensive mid-market knowledge. His role involves negotiating on behalf of clients and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish, always ready to go the extra mile. Jack is a communicator, problem-solver, and resilient professional, and thrives within  Kiser Group’s culture of continual improvement and autonomy.

Early in his career, Jack held positions in banking trade operations, financial sales, construction sales, and product management. He is currently a candidate for the CFA Level 2 exam and holds a broker’s license for life and health insurance in Illinois.

Jack earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is an avid Chicago sports fan, supporting the Bears, Cubs, Bulls, and Blackhawks. He enjoys fitness, boating, spending time in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and exploring local restaurants.
