Associate Spotlight: Q&A with Will Sprinkman

This summer, we welcomed five new team members to Kiser Group. In today’s spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Will Sprinkman, an Associate working on multifamily transactions across Chicago and the Midwest.

Q: What drew you to Kiser Group?

Will: I wanted to be part of a firm where I could learn directly from senior brokers while also making a meaningful impact right away. The mentorship aspect stood out to me—working with experienced brokers provides an incredible opportunity to gain insight into strategy, deal-making, and client relationships.

Q: What does your role look like day-to-day?

Will: As an Associate, I spend a lot of time underwriting properties, analyzing market data, and preparing materials for clients. I also get to connect with property owners, which has been really rewarding. My work spans both Chicago neighborhoods and Midwest markets, so I’m constantly learning about different dynamics in multifamily investing.

Q: What has surprised you most about the multifamily market so far?

Will: The resilience of investor demand. Even with all the headlines about interest rates and uncertainty, there’s still a strong appetite for multifamily. Chicago offers both stabilized and value-add opportunities, while the broader Midwest provides attractive pricing and growth potential.

Q: What excites you most about being part of Kiser Group?

Will: I’m excited to be part of a team that is not only highly experienced but also committed to collaboration and client success. Kiser Group’s reputation, resources, and culture give me the chance to learn from the best while contributing meaningfully to deals that impact investors and communities alike.
