Mark Myers

Mark Myers is a Partner in Kiser Group Seniors Housing. WIth over 30 years experience, Mark has proven to be a preeminent broker of Seniors Housing nationally. Myers has closed over 800 transactions valued at over $12 billion in 47 states.

Prior to joining Kiser Group, Mark built successful seniors housing brokerage teams at Marcus & Millichap (IPA) and Walker & Dunlop, where he played a key role in building and leading a national seniors housing platform.

In addition to his advisory work, Mark is an active investor in the industry. He holds ownership interests in 10 newly built or fully renovated campuses in northwest Ohio, which include both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. He also serves on the board of a publicly traded nursing home REIT.

Mark lives in Oak Brook with his wife and serves as an elder at Cityview Community Church in Elmhurst.
