What You’ll Do  

💰 Financial Analysis & Underwriting – Build detailed Seniors Housing-specific financial models, including IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analysis. Evaluate rent rolls, business operating statements, and pro formas for Seniors Housing assets throughout the country.  

📊 Market Research & Intelligence – Analyze rent/sales comps, demographic trends, new supply, and capital markets activity. Track market-level insights that shape client strategy and investment decisions.  

🧠 Marketing & Deal Presentation – Contribute to pitch decks, offering memoranda, and visual marketing content. Collaborate on the storytelling behind every listing and proposal.  

📂 Transaction Management Support – Assist in deal management, due diligence coordination, and investor Q&A. Interface with attorneys, lenders, and title companies to move deals forward.  

🤝 Client & Broker Support – Support a 25-year, $2B Seniors Housing broker with tours, proposals, and investor communications. Help maintain and build relationships with clients and capital sources. 

🗃 Data Management & Reporting – Keep internal databases, CRMs, and listing trackers accurate and up-to-date. Prepare pipeline updates, investor reports, and market trend summaries.
