Estella Kiser co-founded Kiser Group in 2005 with her partner, Lee, sharing a vision to disrupt the mid-market multifamily real estate brokerage industry with smarter methods, higher standards, and a client-focused ethos. As General Counsel, Estella handles all legal matters and compliance issues. Guided by her analytical and creative approach, Estella is a key member of Kiser Group’s Executive Team, focused on business strategy for the company.
Estella’s multifaceted career includes roles as a multifamily commercial real estate broker at a national commercial brokerage company and subsequently at Kiser Group, a commercial litigation attorney at a prestigious Chicago law firm, and a psychotherapist in a private practice. These roles, combined with managing complex commercial litigation cases, successfully negotiating and closing various apartment property sales in the Chicagoland area, and developing a deep understanding of relational dynamics have informed her expertise in guiding Kiser Group’s operations and growth.
Estella is dedicated to her decades-long training as a third-degree black belt in Shorin Ryu karate. She is an avid runner and has completed two 50K (31-mile) ultramarathon races in the mountains of California. Estella also enjoys hiking both in the USA and internationally with her husband and sons, travel, fitness, reading, teaching, and cooking.
