With more than 20 years of experience spanning seniors housing operations, asset management, and institutional real estate investment, Brooks brings a comprehensive understanding of the operational and financial drivers that shape investment decisions across the sector.
Prior to joining Kiser Group, Brooks served as Vice President of Investments, Seniors Housing & Long-Term Care Assets at American Healthcare REIT. There, he led investment evaluation and asset oversight across a national portfolio of seniors housing and long-term care assets.
His experience also includes regional operational leadership across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the investment, operational, and strategic considerations that shape the seniors housing sector.
