Will Sprinkman is an Associate at Kiser Group, working with Lee Kiser and specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Chicago and the greater Midwest. He supports clients through financial analysis, market research, and strategic advisory rooted in a data-driven and client-focused approach.
Before joining Kiser Group, Will worked in real estate private equity and property management, where he underwrote acquisitions, managed investor relationships, and executed value-add strategies.
Outside of work, Will enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring new investment ideas.
