Sam Harvey
Associate
Sam Harvey is an Associate at Kiser Group supporting the Birk-Sklar team with day-to-day multifamily brokerage operations, including market data analysis, property valuation, and financial underwriting. He brings developed market knowledge and a strong foundation in investment sales.
Through internships in Chicago and Dallas, Sam gained hands-on experience in underwriting, market research, and client outreach, which deepened his interest in multifamily real estate.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys golfing, waterskiing, and spending time with family and friends.
