Robert Dulin

Robert Dulin is an Executive Director with Kiser Group. With a career transaction volume in excess of $1BN in multifamily transaction volume and over 4,000 units, Robert represents both private and institutional clients in a wide array of deals, making him a trusted advisor in the multifamily investment space.

Prior to Kiser Group, Robert was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Minneapolis and has 15+ years of experience working on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. His work in both Los Angeles and Minneapolis-St. Paul has given him a unique perspective on major multifamily real estate markets and a seasoned ability to navigate complex transactions.

Living in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Robert enjoys coaching his boys’ hockey & baseball teams and spending time with his wife, friends, and family.
