Noah Birk

Noah Birk is a Partner with Kiser Group and a co-leader of the Birk/Sklar team. Since 2012, Noah has sold more apartment buildings than any broker in Chicago. With over $1BN in transaction volume and an average of fifty (50) buildings sold per year, Noah has established himself as one of the most prolific multifamily brokers in the multifamily industry. Noah and his team have achieved record-setting sales which have been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business, The Real Deal, and several other national publications.

Noah is a seasoned real estate investor and operator. He and his partners have amassed a sizable portfolio rooted in Chicago and across the country. Noah also leads a basketball ministry that serves young men and women throughout Chicagoland. Noah resides in Burr Ridge with his wife and three children.
