Mike Mosher serves as Kiser Group’s Chief of Revenue Production, responsible for driving growth, optimizing sales strategies, and providing expert guidance to Kiser Group’s broker sales force. With a deep understanding of the commercial brokerage industry and strategic negotiations, Mike is responsible for developing, training, and coaching Kiser Group’s main asset: its brokers. Mike is also a member of Kiser Group’s Executive Team, focused on the company’s vision and business strategy.
Mike joined Kiser Group after leading a national commercial brokerage company where he oversaw $8BN in multifamily transaction volume and focused on both company expansion and growing the sales force. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Mike built a strong track record in sales leadership at a Fortune 500 firm, where he led high-performing teams and played a key role in business development, client relations, and deal structuring. His ability to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and navigate complex transactions has been instrumental in his success within the industry.
Mike enjoys running, working out, and considers himself a mediocre but happy golfer. Passionate about fostering meaningful connections, Mike actively participates in church activities and multifamily organizations, always eager to support brokers and teams in navigating the complexities of the commercial real estate market.
