Lee Kiser

Lee Kiser co-founded Kiser Group in 2005 with his partner, Estella, sharing a vision to disrupt the mid-market multifamily real estate brokerage industry with smarter methods, higher standards, and a client-focused ethos. Lee has over 28 years of experience brokering multifamily transactions in the Chicagoland area and has expanded his reach into Midwest regional and national markets. He has closed over $4.5 BN in transaction volume and is recognized nationally as a preeminent broker in the multifamily industry.

As Principal and Designated Managing Broker, Lee is the driving force behind Kiser Group, overseeing the activities of all brokers and business operations, and steering growth, strategy, and direction. He is a member of Kiser Group’s Executive Team where Lee is responsible for setting the vision of the company.

Prior to Kiser Group, Lee was a top broker and leader at a large commercial real estate company.

Lee is an avid hiker and traveler, enjoying adventures with his wife and sons. He also has a love of music and performs with his band as a lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist.
