Ethan Stratman

Ethan Stratman is an Analyst at Kiser Group, supporting the Seniors Housing division. He specializes in financial analysis, underwriting, and market research to help clients assess investment opportunities across the country.

Ethan works closely with Partner Mark Myers to develop financial models, analyze comparable properties, prepare marketing materials, and maintain key data that drives strategic decision-making.

Originally from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Ethan now lives in Chicago and enjoys running, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.
