Dan Gonzalez
Chief Operating Officer
Dan Gonzalez serves as Kiser Group’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s diverse operations, including finance, marketing, compliance, systems, and human resources. He heads Kiser Group’s in-house technology infrastructure, managing the company’s proprietary CRM, and spearheads strategic projects ranging from expansion efforts to liaising with trade groups. Dan also is a member of Kiser Group’s Executive Team, focused on the company’s goals direction.
Dan joined Kiser Group to build upon and expand an established brand. He has been instrumental in advancing the company’s culture and operations while growing its core strengths.
Dan has extensive experience in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, including working at a large national brokerage firm and two start-up firms acquired by large real estate entities. His prior roles in financial analysis, operations, and systems integration provide him with a broad understanding of corporate dynamics which are invaluable in making strategic decisions and navigating the company through changing market conditions.
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Dan enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his wife, kids, and dog.
