Alex Mora

Alex Mora is a Director at Kiser Group, specializing in the nationwide acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across both the market-rate and affordable housing sectors, as well as partnership interest sales. He brings a deep understanding of the intricacies of affordable housing and works closely with clients on annual planning, addressing management inefficiencies, optimizing rents, and navigating complex transaction cycles.

Prior to joining Kiser Group, Alex worked at a national real estate brokerage, where he focused on Year 15 and partnership interest sales through Section 42 LIHTC, USDA RD 515, Project-Based Section 8, and HUD-financed assets, in addition to new construction projects in their lease-up phase.

Alex lives in the Chicagoland area and enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching Chicago sports, and getting out on the golf course.
