Aaron Sklar

Aaron Sklar is a Partner at Kiser Group. As a co-leader of the Birk/Sklar team, Aaron is focused on multifamily transactions on Chicago’s south and west sides. With $1BN in transaction volume and an average of fifty (50) buildings sold per year, Aaron is one of the most successful multifamily brokers in the Chicagoland area. Aaron and his team have achieved record-setting sales which have been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business, The Real Deal, and several other national publications.

Aaron began his career as a futures trader. He is a competitive tennis player and enjoys ping pong, skiing, and art.
