Kiser Group Welcomes Director Katie Nunez to Its Midwest Multifamily Brokerage Team

Kiser Group is pleased to announce that Katie Nunez has joined the firm as a Director, specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Midwest region. Katie will be an integral part of Kiser Group’s Midwest team, which includes Kyle Sissell, Will Cornish, Hunter Wern, and Joe Caiola.

With a proven track record in both residential and multifamily real estate, Katie brings a wealth of market knowledge and client-focused expertise to her new role. Since transitioning into multifamily brokerage in 2023, she has successfully closed over $30 million in transactions within just 18 months.
