Frankie Nix

Frankie Nix is an Advisor at Kiser Group, specializing in multifamily investment sales in the Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Bucktown, and Wicker Park neighborhoods of Chicago. As a local owner himself, Frankie understands the perspectives of both buyers and sellers in these markets and works diligently to find investment opportunities and solutions for his clients. Whether it’s dealing with the challenges of managing tenants, new city ordinances, appealing property taxes, or renovating on a budget, Frankie speaks from experience and shares his expertise to help others achieve their business goals.

Before Kiser Group, Frankie worked as a commercial banker in the consumer technology industry.

As a native Chicagoan, Frankie is passionate about improving the city’s housing stock, unlocking potential in existing properties and adding viable units. Outside of work Frankie enjoys riding his scooter down Milwaukee Ave, walking the 606 trail, and checking out new restaurants.
