ESTELLA KISER

Estella Kiser is a Principal of Kiser Group as well as its Managing Broker and General Counsel. She specializes in the disposition of Chicago apartment properties, ranging from vintage courtyard buildings to four-plus-one properties and mid-rises. Estella Kiser services a wide range of clients including local and regional private owners and developers as well as national entities.

Estella Kiser was recently selected by Chicago Real Estate Magazine as one of the
"Top 40 Under 40" in Chicago real estate. She has also been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as the top broker for multi-family investment properties in Chicago and as one of Chicago's "Successful Women in Commercial Real Estate." In 2008, Estella Kiser was named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. During her tenure as an investment real estate broker at a national real estate brokerage company, Estella Kiser's team of Kiser Group was the firm's leading Chicago city broker as well as one of the company's top brokers nationwide.

Prior to her career in investment real estate brokerage, Estella Kiser practiced law for seven years as a litigation attorney for a large, prominent Chicago law firm where she specialized in commercial litigation and complex business lawsuits. Estella Kiser earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and her J.D. degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was Managing Editor of the North Carolina Law Review.

Estella Kiser serves as a Director of the Rogers Park Builders Group and is the former Chair of Commercial Forum, the commercial division of the Chicago Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association, the Edgewater Uptown Builders Group and DevCorp North. Estella Kiser is one of the founders and the current President of the Neighborhood Building Owner’s Alliance (NBOA).

LEE KISER

Lee Kiser is a Principal of Kiser Group. He specializes in the sale of Chicago apartment properties, ranging from vintage courtyard and walk-up buildings to high-rises and large suburban apartment complexes. Lee services a wide range of clients including local and regional private investors and developers as well as institutions.

Lee began his investment real estate career at a national real estate brokerage company, where he quickly became the firm's top Chicago producer and leader in brokerage standards. Lee Kiser's team, Kiser Group, was the firm's leading Chicago city broker as well as one of the company's top brokers nationally.

Lee Kiser was selected by Chicago Real Estate Magazine as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" in Chicago real estate, and was also recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as the top broker for multi-family investment properties in Chicago. Lee has served as President of the Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago and the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA).

Prior to his career in Chicago commercial real estate brokerage, Lee worked in his family's North Carolina real estate business as a carpenter, a construction supervisor and then in real estate sales. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

NIKKI VARVERIS

Nikki Varveris is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent with Kiser Group.  She specializes in the disposition of mid-market, Chicago multi-family properties.  Nikki is an expert at valuing Chicago apartment properties and condominium conversion opportunities.  She also handles the escrow process for transactions under contract, making sure deadlines are met, issues are resolved and transactions close. 

Nikki earned her BA degree in Finance with a focus on entrepreneurship from Miami University of Ohio.  Prior to working at Kiser Group, Nikki interned with Grubb & Ellis and Salomon Smith Barney.  She is a member of the Young Real Estate Professionals
of Chicago (YREP) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Nikki is originally from Golden, Colorado and currently resides in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.  Nikki is a weekly volunteer at Children's Memorial Hospital.

MATT KATSAROS

Matt is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent with Kiser Group.  He specializes in the disposition of mid-market, Chicago
multi-family properties.  Matt works with apartment owners, converters, builders and Chicago real estate investors, assisting them in meeting their investment real estate goals.  Matt's expertise is in valuing apartment properties and conversion opportunities for clients and finding the right buyer for an asset.  He is primarily responsible for sales and business development for Kiser Group. 

Before joining Kiser Group, Matt worked as a middle-market real estate lender as well as a commercial real estate credit analyst for a Chicago commercial lending institution.  Matt is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he received a BA degree in Finance.  He is a Board Member of MRJBF (Medical Research Junior Board Foundation) at Children's Memorial Hospital.

Matt enjoys playing competitive hockey and rehabbing property.  He is a native of the City of Chicago.

JUSTIN ROSS

Justin Ross is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent for Kiser Group.  He specializes in the disposition of mid-market, Chicago multi-family properties.  Justin works with Chicago apartment owners, converters, builders and real estate investors, assisting them in meeting their investment real estate goals.  He is proficient at valuing Chicago apartment properties and finding the right buyer for an asset or project.  Justin is primarily responsible for sales and business development for Kiser Group. 

Justin is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana.  He is a member of the Illinois Alumni Real Estate Forum and the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP). 

Justin was born and raised in Chicagoland and currently resides in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood.  He is an avid golfer.

BILL BAUMANN

Bill Baumann is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Kiser Group. He specializes in the disposition of Chicago apartment properties, ranging from vintage courtyard and walk-up buildings to high-rises and large suburban apartment complexes. Bill services a wide range of clients including local owners and developers as well as national entities. Bill's expertise is in valuing properties and development opportunities for clients and finding the right buyer for an asset.

Between 2007 and 2008, Bill has represented clients in commercial transactions totaling over $200 million dollars. In 2008, was named the top Multi-Family Broker in Chicago by the Chicago Association of Realtors. Bill is a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA), The Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Club (KREAC) and the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP). Bill is a supporter of The Sue Duncan Children’s Center, a south side, after-school center that works with inner-city kids and served as a Chair of the Steppenwolf Theater Auxiliary Board.

Before joining Kiser Group, Bill was the Vice President of Business Development for a Chicago-based, real estate developer. Prior to real estate, Bill worked in the financial services and securities industry with JPMorgan Chase and UBS Paine Webber.

Bill earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

BRAD FELDMAN

Brad is a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent with Kiser Group. He specializes in the disposition of mid-market, Chicago
multi-family properties. Brad works with apartment owners, converters, builders and real estate investors, assisting them in meeting their investment real estate goals.

Prior to joining Kiser Group, Brad worked as both a sales associate and leasing manager for a prominent, Chicago-based, residential real estate firm that focuses on large condominium conversion projects in Lincoln Park.  Brad earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association as well as the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP).

Brad played for the Wisconsin Club Baseball team and remains an active baseball player. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Young Professionals Leadership Committee. Brad grew up on the North Shore in Wilmette and currently resides in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood.

EVAN BRICKER

Evan is a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate with Kiser Group. He focuses on the valuation and disposition of mid-market, Chicago apartment properties.  Evan works with apartment owners, converters, builders and real estate investors, assisting them in meeting their investment real estate goals. 

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Evan currently lives in Lincoln Park. He received his BA in Finance - Real Estate from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Evan is a member of the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP), the Indiana Alumni Association and a volunteer with Chicago Cares.

Evan enjoys running marathons, triathlons and playing beach volleyball.

KARI HORNFELDT

Kari Hornfeldt is the Office Manager for Kiser Group. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and is Kiser Group's communication hub. Kari also assists with marketing, research and tracking, and broker support.

Before joining Kiser Group, Kari worked as an Administrative Assistant for a large, prestigious, full-service real estate firm headquartered in Chicago and most recently was Marketing Coordinator for the retail brokerage division at a national commercial real estate firm also based in Chicago. Kari is a graduate of Marquette University where she received her BA in Advertising with a minor in Marketing. At Marquette University, Kari was a member of the Varsity Crew Team.

Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, Kari has lived in Chicago for the past ten years and currently resides in Lincoln Square.
