Matt Jones brings a strong background in multi-family brokerage, leasing, development and management to his role as managing director at Kiser Group. Most recently, Matt was an associate in the “National Multi-Housing Group” of a prominent national Chicago brokerage, where he specialized in the disposition of mid-market apartment assets. Prior to that, he was recognized as one of the top producers for a boutique leasing firm specializing in Chicago apartments. Before moving to Chicago, Matt worked for a large developer in Colorado, focused on retail, office and high-end condominium development, where he primarily handled management and leasing. Matt’s diverse real estate experience has provided him with a multi-faceted approach to property transactions, which he uses to successfully assist his clients in achieving their investment goals.
