Bill Baumann is a Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales at Kiser Group. He specializes in the disposition of commercial real estate assets specifically multi-family, mixed-use and retail properties. Bill services a wide range of clients including local and regional owners and developers as well as institutional investors. He has significant experience representing lenders on disposition assignments ranging from individual and bulk notes sales to short sales to lender-owned. Bill's expertise is in valuing properties for clients and finding the right buyer for an asset.

Bill has been recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as the Top Broker of Multi-Family Investment Properties in Chicago and selected by CoStar as one of the Top Sales Brokers in Chicago. Bill is a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) and The Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Club (KREAC).
