As a managing director for Kiser Group, Brian relies on his strong foundation in construction and development, operations, and brokerage to successfully help investors, property owners, and developers meet their real estate goals. Previously an asset and property manager for a Chicago-based owner of multi-family and office properties, Brian’s background centered around management, leasing and portfolio improvements, including energy retrofit projects. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Brian also managed a 70,000 SF medical office building and worked on-site with management teams at large student housing properties in both Michigan and North Carolina.
