John specializes in the evaluation and sale of mid-market, multi-family properties, including vintage courtyards, walk-up, four-plus-one buildings, high-rise properties and large-scale multi-family residences.  He is also well versed in managing portfolio sales and complex 1031 exchanges.  Prior to joining Kiser Group, John spent a number of years as a senior investment associate with a national, real estate brokerage company where he also served as director of their National Multi-Housing Group.
