Rogers Park Builders Group is pleased to announce that Brian Semel has been elected to the Board of Directors. Brain has been a tremendous supporter of the RPBG representing the Kiser Group along with Estella. Brain will be a great addition to the Directors of the RPBG.

As a Managing Director for Kiser Group Brian relies on his strong foundation in construction and development, operations, and brokerage to successfully help investors, property owners, and developers meet their real estate goals. Previously an asset and property manager for a Chicago-based owner of multi-family and office properties, Brian's background centered around management, leasing and portfolio improvements, including energy retrofit projects. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Brian also managed a 70,000 SF medical office building and worked on-site with management teams at large student housing properties in both Michigan and North Carolina. Brian stays connected with the local community as a member of the Edgewater & Uptown Builder Association (EUBA) and Rogers Park Builders Group (RPBG). He also serves as an associate board member for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and enjoys reading, staying active by playing basketball and golf, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Brian holds a master's degree in professional studies in real estate from Cornell University and also completed his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
