Momentum is returning. It appears that lenders are now fully coming back into the multi-family market. Just last week, refinances were completed on several of our clients’ properties all around the city. Property owners are finally able to extract some cash from their properties and are now beginning to invest again, as lending for acquisitions are also being financed. At Kiser Group, we are beginning to feel this momentum with increased sales and escrows.
