Kiser Group Closes Six Properties in September
In September, Kiser Group, a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage,closed six properties in the Chicagoland area totaling a value of $7,220,000 and 135 units.
The following properties were closed by Kiser Group:
· 7340 N. Hoyne, a fully rehabbed vintage double courtyard apartment building in Rogers Park, closed on September 27 for $3,600,000. Lee Kiser and Brian Semel of Kiser Group represent the list-side of the transaction and Sean Connelly of Kiser Group represented the buy-side.
· Kiser Group closed a garden-style, apartment complex with 24 apartments contained in four buildings situated on a 2.1-acre site. This property, located at 501-04 Basil in Lake Bluff, Ill., sold for $1,000,000 on September 27. Mike Anguiano of Kiser Group represented the list-side of the transaction.
· 647 W. 43rd, a mixed-use new construction building located in Canaryville, closed on September 27 for $515,000. The building was bank-owned and originally intended to be sold as condominiums to individual investors; however, the pin was never fractured and the building was still being taxed as a multi-family asset. Sean Connelly of Kiser Group represented the list- and buy-side of the transaction.
· On September 23, Kiser Group closed a bank-owned, three-story, mixed-use building with four commercial units and 24 apartments located at 2671 Sheridan in Zion, Ill. The sale price was $785,000. Mike Anguiano of Kiser Group represented the list-side of the transaction.
· Kiser Group closed a bank-owned, four-unit apartment building and a two-unit coach house with a total of six apartments located at 6224 West Balmoral Ave. in Chicago. The sale price was $220,000 and closed on September 23. Sean Connelly and Mike Anguiano of Kiser Group represented the list- and buy-side of the transaction.
· 7736 N. Ashland, a bank-owned, 25-unit, walk-up in Rogers Park, closed for $1,100,000 on September 14. Sean Connelly of Kiser Group represented the list- and buy-side of the transaction.
