Newcastle Limited Buys 436 W Belmont

Newcastle Limited has acquired a 13-story, 98-unit apartment building in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.

The $10.55 million, all-cash purchase is Newcastle’s eighth acquisition in 2011. Bill Baumann of the Kiser Group represented the seller in the transaction.

Newcastleacquires urban Chicago real estate, including retail, multi-family and mixed-use properties. An entrepreneurial investor with institutional backing, Newcastle can deploy large amounts of capital and close deals quickly.
